I've have a couple dozen keywords to check in Google and have my API key set up. It looks like it only lets me check 10 terms a day before Google says that I've reached my API limit. Is this right? If so, that's pretty limiting...
How deep are you set to look, and how many of your keywords are N/A? Also, you can create additional projects in your Google API Console, and use multiple 100 limit keys with your keyword tracker account if you want.
I'm going 200 deep (100 deep on Google). So it sounds like each page of 10 results counts as 1, allowing only 10 keywords if it has to go 10 deep on each, huh? Pretty lame. I'll look into possibility of additional keys. Thanks for response Shawn.
Yep... exactly that. If a keyword is N/A (not in the top 100), it will take 10 API queries to determine that. If it has a last known position (like from yesterday or whatever), the system will try to be as efficient as possible with the queries, and will first check the block of 10 results around the last known position... that way even if you are 50, but your position didn't change much, it only takes a single query.
How would I use multiple 100 limit keys with my account? Is it possible to specify 2 or 3 Google API Key's in the scripts settings separated by a comma?
