Google Andsense & Proxies

    Hello,

My question is about proxy services and adsense code. I am planning to run a huge proxy network very soon that consists of about 200 domain names serving from different servers all around the web.

Google TOS says that we are not allowed to place framed adsnese on proxified pages, i know that. But will it be ok to change the adsense code on the proxified pages?

The process is very easy in terms of programming, and generally, it is ok to have your adsense code being shown at different sites just as it is here at DPF. So i am not sure.

Anybody did this before? Anybody tried to replace the adsense PUB-ID on proxified pages? What was google's answer?

    Please advise.. thanks in advance.

I believe you would get kicked out of adsense, and possibly even sued from the owners of the pages you are proxying?

I emailed G! few days ago about that same question and they say no.

And, I also tell you, ads throught proxy are in general in my experience mostly PSA.

So, it won't go so easy...

If your site was displayed to someone using a proxy service and your publisher ID was removed for the proxy service's own publisher ID, how happy would you be?

Secondly, you cannot put your publisher ID onto someone else's site without the site owner's permission, as per the TOS, and overwritting someone else's publisher ID on their own website would definitely qualify. This was to prevent people from putting AdSense on free hosting sites that were already running AdSense, but it would apply to this as well.
