I have a site that ranks fairly well with Google. Next month will be the sites one year aniversary. Should I expect to see any improvement in rakings after the aniversary date?

I do not think you will notice any improvement in rankings after the one year anniversary of your site, the age of the domain is just one of many factors which play a role in your rankings.

Ditto. An anniversary date doesn't mean much, but overall time/age of a site does seem to help.

Time on Google can be tracked by checking your Monday to Monday results. There is no anniversary factor in the Serps.

Track Monday's to Monday's Tuesday's to Tuesday's that will give you the best indicator if google is phasing you into more results or out. The trend should tracked over 6 weeks.

No stats program I know of sorts in that manner. I have done it manually by looking at stats for years. What ever your topic there are hot days and cold. The point of comparing Monday to monday is that you don't judge a Sunday stat to a monday stat. Just a different type of reader. Sundays for us tend to be lower volume but Higher revenue/ reader. Just a suggestion on HOW to look at your stats not that there is another stats program to choose from.
