OK, I've just come in on this one, having discovered some odd google behaviour with a site of mine thats been off-line following a server crash for a couple of months and just been put back. Put www.nursing-nlp.org into the IE google toolbar and hit search web, and you get a page promoting an australian computer security (hackers?) conference. link:http://www.nursing-nlp.org lists 127 sites as far as I can tell with links to this site. wtf's going on?
Something isnt right there. I am not sure what isnt right, but it is something. How is that possible?
Hmmm. Well I did the allinurl: and this is what I found... h**p://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=allinurl%3Acartoons.diberardo.com&btnG=Google+Search&meta= Look at the third listing... h**p://www.best-clipart.us/ go.php?id=aHR0cDovL2NhcnRvb25zLmRpYmVyYXJkby5jb20v That's my site title and description. The page is down now but if you look at the cached version...that's my site! What is going on here?
Yep Yep I had 5, Got them all taken out. Literally. Asked nicely 2 didn't know it was causing a problem and removed them One removed after threat of CMSA The other two got hold of the hosting services with the documetation. Appears they did a site review and shut the sites down. Did a look today and I have 120 somthing new ones showing up now WTF is going on? I think google is undoing whatever the hell they've done to hide these things...... Weird chit. Fortunately I took a screen shot of the problem sites b-fore this new change I'm seeing.
I do know this, yesterday I ran the inurl and there were about 11 results, today, I ran the inurl and there were 153 results. Something is up...
