Do Google like subdomain as well as they like regular domain?
I mean is the address http://keyword2.keyword1.com as much "worth" as http://www.keyword1-keyword2.com when it comes to the search words keyword1 & keyword2.

Yes, Google does like subdomains IF it trusts your top level domain. How do you know if they trust your top level domain? If your site ranks well for your targeted keyword phrases (competitive ones, not obscure ones). You typically want to use subdomains if 1) You don't want to wait for Googles aging delay (or Sandbox if you want to call it that). If you use a new domain you're probably going to wait a minimum of 9-12 months before you start ranking well. 2) Your subdomain is related to your top level. If you have a site focused on sports and then create a subdomain on viagra, it's going to get kicked out of the index. As long as it's topically related, subdomains are fine.

    Another option is ww.keyword1.com/keyword2

Are you sure about that? For instance.. googlepages has tons of subdomains that have nothing to do with each other.

This makes no sense at all. I know some free hosting site where subdomains are
    UserName.HostingDomain.com
and subdomains are not related at all.

Google is always trying to clean up spam on the Internet. Spam appears in a variety of ways such as keyword stufing meta tags (old school spam), invisible text, cloaking, etc. As new forms of spams evolve, so will the search engines method of detecting spam techniques. One of the newest forms of spam is subdomains, which people utilize to get around the aging delay that Google applies to all new domains. Matt Cutts specifically talked about this on Webmaster Radio. Although you see plenty of subdomain spam in the search results, Google is cracking down (especially after the Hungarian spammer that got millions of pages into the index). It may work temporarily, but long term it won't. Now, as for those sites that have username.hostingname.com, many of those (take Wordpress for example) have a lot of power in the search engines. Authority sites like that have much more forgiveness than the majority of sites out there and Google doesn't treat them the same as your average site. You don't have to take my advice, but keeping your subdomains on topic with your main domain will keep you safe in the long run.

Ok I didn’t know that I could have two different IP’s on two subdomain. I will look in to that. Are that possible with most web hosting services or is it only the most expensive ones?

If you use an internet hosting i'm not sure you can do that, but you might ask them to see whether they can or not, its like 2 different hostings after that and you might pay the one for your full domain name and the hosting for your subdomain name,

It would have been perfect if you take care of your own hosting but lol i dont know much about that so i can't help you, you might go on a hosting forum asking for help on how to do that!

Dont worry about IPs, if you have quality content, search engines will love to add them. Loads of blogs (like blogspot and wordpress users) share one ip address, but they are being treated separately by the search engines. So your first aim would be quality then backlinks. :)
