Google and nofollow links

Hi, im have 2 questions:

1. google no penalize my website if i use nofollow links?

2. If i link a penalize website with a nofollow link, google takes this like a link and affect my website or not?

In this case i have 4 outbound links, but only 2 are nofollow, you think i go to be penalize for that?

As for mo follow, only means that google doesn't reagrd it as backlinks, that's all!

And besides, wordpress and blogspot all have the nofollow as the default!

Use of nofollow tags does not affect your rankings.if u link penalsize means no quality links on your links page; you would not be banned but slightly effect in rankings.
