Does keyword ORDER matter? If the keyword phrase I am targeting is carpet cleaning tacoma. And I use Tacoma carpet cleaning in my meta tags and body text will I get the same search results?

    Thanks

IMO, it'll not be a problem as long as you build links with that keyword you are targeting.

Yeah, keyword order is very important. You want to make sure your most important keywords are towards the beginning. This is how google determines what is most important about your site.

Any difference in the word you use matters. For example when your keyword is apple and you used apples in your content and anchor text, then you are not ranking for apple you are ranking in apples.

Keyword order is very important! Try to find out if you are going to target to one order or another and then continue with your SEO campaign.

If you want to target the specific keyword phrase "Tacoma Carpet Cleaning" use that exact phrase in your title tag to achieve optimum results.

Although, Google does take into account each other those words even if you rearrange them, your title appears much more relevant by being exact.

Of course, a bunch of inbound links will help you out as well. :)

You're going to rank for the keyword that you decided on. For example, if your META tags are "Microsoft Points Free", don't expect to rank well for the keyword "Free Microsoft Points".

The short answer is no, each search is different. (to an extent) Folks should note that out of order keywords are often written by search users. For example instead of Florida probate attorney search users will write Probate attorney Florida. The difference is that is less competition for the 2nd order of keywords because fewer links are created.

Also, a good idea is to create article links with your exact keyword phrases it works like a charm. (see below)

Meta keywords has been isolated by Google for a very long time ago since it has been abused. You should pay more attention to keyword in page content. Here is my advice about meta keywords.

    1. You should not put every keywords you wanted. The best option is put only keywords that exist in the page content and not over 10-15 keywords

    2. Even if you use this tag properly, you still not get any positive effect in Google but it does a trick in Yahoo. However, spam on this tag could lead your site to being heavily penalized in Google. How to be safe? See 1.
