If the image file name is different with a different alt tag, should be ok

well, Google will not penalize you. But the owner of the image will. Maybe you can input the link source of the image as a means to acknowledge the image owner.

Don't worry about it. If your site is legit you won't get penalized.

I think google can not identify the image, which is important to make different caption or alt

Thanks folks for answers but let see this problem on other way.

Example if i use someone else image and of course link to the source near the image that is ok.But when i want to check a image on Google : https://www.google.com/imghp?hl=sr&tab=ii and i upload image then Google will find duplicate content.

I mean even if i put image source of image which i want to use on my website, google robot(crawlers) will consider image still like duplicate content. As you can see on Google image search, there is a prove that he can find duplicate, even you put source near image to protect image of owner.

    Is that true or? Thanks

Google currently looks duplicate content not images while on other hand Google can't read image, google reads name of image with alt tags only.

No it will not create any problem for you but if possible try to use different alt tag for every image.
