Google and "banned" pages

    Is there anywhere ( either online or download and install ) that I can find a tool that does the following :

    1. Enter your URL
    2. Display all sites linking TO above site ( and there PR value and if the site is banned in Google )


    I only ask as my page count has dropped from 2,760 to 15 nad my PR have crashed from 5 to 1

    try SeoChat PR Search tool, and use the command "link:www.yoursite.com", if you find any PR0 it may be banned or very new site.
