Does anyone have a spare invitation for Google Analytics? I've been trying to join for a couple of months and can't get in.

No one has an invitation. They are sent out directly by Google's discretion.

Some people do have invitations, which I know they have bought/sold around here on the forums.

You can always just buy Urchin software (Google Analytics). Our host supplies it free. Was invited by Google to sign up for Analytics, but it is resident on my host (Verio).

It took about a month before Google sent me an invite code... analytics is nice but still lacking in some features.

Have they released a timescale for general public release?

It will be invitation only for years I expect. Google don't want too many users until they have the servers to cope with demand.

Sign up and you will get your invite within a month or two.

You still need to sign up and then wait a month or 2 for google to invite you.

I think all adwords accounts come with an analytics account nowadays.

Seems so. We are Adwords customer and the analytics stuff is integrated into the control panel.

Like what other features are you looking for?

I've compared Analytics to Webtrends, ClickTracks, And a score of other Analytics software, and Analytics is pretty much close to par with the bigger ones, except if u are using the enterprise versions of the Websidestory, or Webtrends, then u really cant compare, as the costs of the enterprise versions are alot more than Google Analytics.
