Disclaimer - I work for YWA.

FYI - Yahoo! Web Analytics' site is at web.analytics.yahoo.com

It's only available via a member of the YWA Consultant Network (http://web.analytics.yahoo.com/ywacn.php) or it's free to all Yahoo! Small Business Merchant Standard, Merchant Professional and Store merchants, and all Sponsored Search and display advertisers that are supported by a Yahoo! account manager (ysmblog.com/blog/2009/07/30/trust-a-professional/)

As a small website owner, I would love using Google Analytics, and it is free and allows a few good customization features. However, if I own a large website with high traffic volume, I would switch to use a more complicated web analytics that would allow me even more customization and more reliable features.

I have been testing Yahoo Analytics lately and found that it gives user data that Google Analytics doesn't currently provide. I'm sure I haven't tested Yahoo Analytics, and there should be many more cool features that I haven't discovered.
