    Hi,

I am looking at Google analytic's for our site and comparing March's traffic sources to February.

There is a field called % visits, screen shot below.

    google-percent-visits.png

It lists a percentage for each month and a change. I know what visits means as this is clear but does anyone know what % visits means? The change is really low compared to the change for the visits.

    Thanks

    Sam

It just means the % change in traffic from google (organic) from month to month. It basically shows you your trajectory how much month over month improvement based on organic keyword searches.

    Hi D79312,

Thanks for you reply, thats great. The only thing I don't get is if you look at the comparison below.

    1 Mar 2010 - 31 Mar 2010 40,839 35.12%

    1 Feb 2010 - 28 Feb 2010 20,497 33.75%

    % Change 26.73% 3.13%

The first column is Visits and thats up 26.73% and the % Visits change is very small compared.

What is the difference between the two?

    Thanks

    Sam
