google analytics - updates only daily?

I feel kind of silly asking this, but... does google analytics only update site information once per day? If so, when does the daily update take place? Thanks in advance for the help.

 

It updates once or twice every 24 hours.....I don't think I have ever noticed a pattern

 

it's coming 3 hour later from the normal date

 

as it is you to set the time zone for each and every domain in analytics, go into your acount and click edit settings.
there go to "Main Website Profile Information" and click on edit again if you want to change that.

to see the report for the present day, you need to change the date range in the calender.
normaly analytics will only show the data till the day before.
