    Hi guys, I really need your help and ideas on my weird case. I highly appreciate all replies.

    Here my case:
    - My site has stable traffic in more than 2 years, about 12k - 15k visits per day
    - From 8th March 2010 till now, traffic downs rapidly. Now my site has 500-700 visits per day.
    - I didn't change anything about GA tracking code. Just copy & paste tracking code which Google gave me. Using ga.js
    - I use no filters and view traffic in correct account
    - GA tracking code is above the rest of js scripts to make sure all scripts don't use same variables.
    - With the same article www.domain.com/article.html, report from GA shows 30 pageviews while my CMS shows >5000 pageviews. I think GA sometimes collects data sometimes not.
    - Sure that my site performance is perfect.

    My questions:
    1. What's wrong with my report or my GA account?
    2. How to check GA tracking code works correctly? (want to check if browser client sends data to GA and GA collects accurately)
    3. What further tests do I need to make to verify the issue?

    Thanks for your helping and ideas.

    take a look at the source of your traffic and compare it to the past. See if your losing traffic from search engines or any other location and investigate to see why your volume dropped from that particular source.

    Also, not all machines have javascript installed but thats only 2% of overall users so that shouldnt be the case for the massive drop in your volume. There is no real way of testing it since GA is not real time and there is about a 30 minute delay. I would visit a page on your site which has low volume to see if your visit is recorded. Sorry

    @FreeCashTube: thanks for your reply

    - I'm losing traffic in all sources (direct, referral and SE). So I think the issue comes from GA code. It does not track correctly.
    - Yesterday I created a new GA profile, inserted in all pages and traffic was back. I've got >12k visits yesterday. But when I check this morning (9am), I have 0 visits at all...What the hell of this issue?? My IT system guy is sure that the website works normally..

    Any helps...???
