Use visitors tab of GA and export (button on top) that in pdf / excel . You can also use custom reporting.

    thanks

Custom reports have 2 types of data - metrics, which are thing that are expressed as numbers - no. of visitors, no of page views, percentage of exits etc.
and dimensions, which are things that are expressed in words - urls, page titles, keywords etc.
A custom report can include many metrics, but only shows one dimension at a time. However, you can add subsequent dimensions, that will give applicable metrics when you drill down.

The best thing you can do is just play around with creating custom reports for a bit - it's very simple once you've done it a couple of times.

You need to start with a goal. What exactly do you want to report?
