    Hey all...

I am trying to find if there is any difference in google analytics to the converasion tracking code.

I know google track goals and combines it with Adwords account, but why there is also this converasion tracking code ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Have a great day,
    Guy.

    Hi Guy ,
Ive been using GA for a few months now and without adwords.
Its basic , but great for analysing where your hits come from and what search terms were used etc etc.

I use it with shopping cart code to see the "Sales Funnel" where we are loosing customers or otherwise..

Ive only ever used once with adwords and sales to get an ROI ....

It could tell me that with 100 click thrus ( for example ) which cost me $1.00 , 20 people purchased my product at $5 so I broke even....

Not sure Im answering you correctly but other experts here may be able to provide more assistance :)

My AdWords conversion tracking is always displaying a different result from my Google Analytics reported AdWords revenue. They never add up.
