Hi friends, I have a question regarding Navigation Summery in Google Analytics: If I for example look at the navigation summery of test.html It's telling me that
80.11% are Entrances, 19.89% Previous Pages and under Previous Pages visitors, I find that 4.10% entered from test.html, how come 4.10% of the navigation to test.html came from test.html (the same page) as previous page?!

You can also find the same for the Exits, 42.62% Exits, 57.38% Next Pages and 4.10% Exited to test.html (the same page).

Do you have a link on the page that points to itself? maybe that can explain it

Perhaps Google Analytics is keeping track of page refreshes. That would be both an exit and an entrance.

I think that you are seeing there the visitors that came from the previous page, and outta those visitors 4% landed on "previous page" from test.html and then went back to test.html.

At least that's what I think it says.

If I'm wrong then you might have some "content links" on test.html (like the ones used to get back at the top of the page when you are in the middle or at bottom) that simply call test.html again.
