    Hello,

Could anyone suggest me which one is better 'Google Analytics' or 'StatCounter'??
As far as I think both provide you a Real-Time statistics for your site, so I just want to know whose service is better than the other.
    and Why???

    Thanks :)

I use both at the same time.

Started with statcounter back in 2006 and still enjoy using it to get a notion of all my sites along with getting an idea of their progress on each year.

Google analytics have good things, however the statcounter service is still a favorite of mine.

I use both, Analytics good for long term in depth stuff, but is a day behind on results. Statcounter is updated hourly and provides some nice results.

Google Analytics on of the best tool but Statcounter is updated hourly and provides some nice results. That 's why Statecounter is better than google analytics.

    Hello,

I m using this both tool since long time, I can say both are different on own way. If you want to track visitors IP & all Searched Keyword Terms then you should to use Statcounter bcz you cannot see visitors IP Address And few searched terms now coming as Not Provided in Google Analytics. But problem is that, you can get only 500 data with free account in Statcounter and also you don't have many features like Google Analytics.

If you don't want visitors IP Address then you can go through Google analytics. Hope this all information helps you

    Cheers :)

Well i would recommend both. Stat counter is good in understanding visitors at individual level while analytic is good at understanding mass of visitors.

The difference from google analytics to statcounter is analytics updates a little lately and statcounter updates instantly. But only problem with statcounter is that it is facing a lot of problems recently and some stats are missing in a period.

I suggest google analytics for perfect statistics though it is updated a little lately. To say frankly I use both of them.

i will prefer to both, because both are having their own importance at different levels, stat counter is good at giving the latest and quick updates whereas analytic is having its importance in providing the overall with nice features.

I think Google Analytic is good! StatCounter is not showing the perfect data.

I use Google analytics mainly but there is nothing wrong with running Statcounter as well in conjunction. It can be helpful to have a cross comparison because what one may miss or be delayed in reporting the other can pick up for you.
