Google Analytics or Adwords Conversion tracking?

I currently use both to track conversions via adwords, however, i am finding that Google Analytics is showing much higher results for the conversion tracking. Is anyone experiencing this?

    Which one is better?

it is supposed that Google Analytics is way far much better, since it's based in a well-reputed and accurate software: Urchin, so I would stick to this over Adwords.

We run with both and compare the results. PPC people like the adwords conversions but we see bots hitting that thank you page with that tracking code or people hitting the "back" button after conversion which messes it up.

If you setup your Google Analytics with E-commerce tracking, you can enter the "invoice id" of your orders. So your sales will always be unique even if your users refresh the checkout page.
