    I have one site with 12000-15000 uniques per day.

    In Awstats is 12000-15000

    Today I install ANALYTICS and total uniques is 587...:confused:

    Its normal this?

    Yes. There's a difference between unique visitors and numbers that have hits by amount of webpages viewed.

    Even in the stats program I use for Joomla sites, I have to drill down to the tab that says refers to see legit visitors vs. bots and everything else that hits my site.

    Make sure you installed Analytics code on every page of your site.
    Google Analytics is a great tools, no dounbt.

    Stats may vary a bit from software to software.

    Awstats is a waste of time....

    Analytics is clearer and much more realistic, some even say it doesn't count all visitors...

    Analytics is great, no doubt. Definitely you didn't paste google code corrently, otherwise that big difference is never possible.

    Google Analytics is not very accurate in my site, and the weird thing is adsense and Analytics show me the different data everyday.

    Analytics mainly cheats a bit.. Also not good to give Google that much info. Stick to awstats.

    500 unique visitors a day is a great traffic and i will like to ask that how you are getting this traffic may b we can use that technique too
