Google Analytics - improving accuracy

    I use google analytics on my website. One of the things I was wondering was when I visit my own sites, those hits get recorded into Google Analytics website.

    Is there a way to record my IP address in google so that when I do visit my sites, those hits don't get wrapped up in the stats.
