Like Adsence, GA is based on Javascript. The problem is that you cannot see all the trafic like spider-bots or other regular users with javascript disable or with a corrupted or modified javascript engine like iPhones. I prefer using directly AWStats (the log file analyser).

 

Same as posts above, it is only a tracking and data visualization tool for viewing visitor data as well as huge breakdowns of that data in a slick, cool form - there is zero cool addons to that regarding seo especially
