It used to be those who left within 10 seconds. Me thinks someone is just plugging their signature though.. this info is easy enough to find out with a simple google search.

I thought that Bounces was anyone who leaves before the arrival page fully loads. Visitors is total users who are connecting with your site. Bounce Rate is percentage of visitors who connect with your site, but leave before it has loaded.
as per my knowledge ,If somebody wants to know the content your site then why should he/she leaves your site ?but if he dislike the content or find nothing regarding his search ,in that case he left your site and that is called bounce rate .after loading page user leaves that site ,that is bouncing back .
