Google Analytics - Goal Types

    As we know that, there are three different types of goals you can create from the Goal Settings page.

    1. URL Destination
    2. Time on Site
    3. Pages/Visit

    Actually i would like to know about "Time on Site" and "Pages/Visit". How they work at the website?
