Because of the problem (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2401216) that I have with my wp site am trying to remove as much as I can from the plugins.
I want to use these configurations (http://img685.imageshack.us/img685/1687/googleanalyticsforwordp.jpg)of the plugin Google Analytics by Yoast without the plugin. Is it worth doing it?

You want to use the plug in settings and functions, without using the plug in? Dude, that doesn't even make sense when you say it to yourself.
If you want to use Google Analytics, you can just use the raw code . You don't need a plug in.

But if you want the plug in's functions and they aren't offered in the Analytics Dashboard, then you have to either code all of the plug in's functions into your theme. or just use the plug in.

Ok, thanks and sorry for my bad English, it isn't my native language. Basically, I want to use the functions of the plug in without using the plug in. But I don't know if it's worth the trouble. I hope that this made some sense :p

I think you are asking , "is there another way to get the same options and settings".
I guess that would depend on which ones.

The best place to see would be in your Google Analytics account dashboard and see what options are available.
That's hard to answer without know what it is you are trying to do.

The easy answer is, to just use the plug in.
