When you log into Google Analytics, it automatically displays a stats view for the last 30 days. I end up having to change that date to todays date each time. Is there any way to have it permantently changed so that each time I log in, it will show stats for the current day only. Saves one step.
I think by default it is fixed. but you can ask google. they always keen to listen feedback from users.
tell me about it, this is my biggest annoyance with Analytics, who logs in every day to look at the past 30 days? I submitted a request to make it be the previous day (this was last year), they wrote back and said thanks for the suggestion. I'm guessing it won't be happening though.
No there is no way to do it and it is annoying when to check each time you have to change whenever you login
Here's a greasemonkey script to show the current day by default http://blog.dansnetwork.com/2008/01/09/google-analytics-date-range-analytics-today/
