For all of you using webmaster tools, you know this already. I signed up today and was amazed at all the reasons google gives that the two google analysis tools will have different data. https://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=1213138&hl=en Not least of all is that "Also, Webmaster Tools stats show only search queries from Google. Your log files may combine search results from all search engines." It mentions many reasons and I wont know how different until I start receiving data, but I was wondering which data set you guys use/ trust most, and perhaps if the differences can provide you some hidden information?
