Hi, i am doing a course on google analytics at SkillShop (Google Garage). I missed a specific lesson once.I'm at the stage where Google wants me to repeat the lesson. When I click repeat, the question in the lesson is still answered incorrectly and I can't re-check the answer. How do I solve the problem when I click on repeat lesson and I can't answer the question again? Thank you
hello there! i have experiece something similar like you. sometimes the platform does not reset the quiz properly..you try toaccessing lesson in different browser or in incognito mode...
It’s super frustrating when you can’t reset the answer. What worked for me was clearing my browser cache or switching to incognito mode—sometimes that lets you reload the lesson fresh. If that doesn't help, try a different browser or device. Worst case, contact support.
Looks like you’re running into a common issue with Skillshop. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If that doesn’t work, log out for a bit, take a moment to relax, then log back in to the lesson to reset it.
You can only ask questions through the help forums. They don't have the personnel to reach such a large audience. Besides, everything is automated now.
You’re not alone — this is actually a common issue in Google Skillshop when lessons get “stuck” after answering a question incorrectly. Here are a few things you can try: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the lesson Try opening the course in incognito/private mode Switch to another browser (Chrome usually works best) Make sure you’re logged in with the correct Google account Sometimes progressing to another lesson and coming back can reset it If the issue still persists, it might be a temporary glitch from Google’s side. Personally, I ran into similar problems while learning digital tools, so I started relying more on practical platforms that simplify finding help and services in one place. For example, this platform helped me discover professionals and solutions faster: سوق العمل لكل المهن It’s useful if you’re looking for tech support, freelancers, or even guidance related to tools like analytics. Hope this helps
