Google Analytics - Anyway to track files downloaded from your site?

I know other stat programs like webalizer would tell you what the largest files are that have been downloading from your website. I can't seem to find it in Google Analytics. Does it exist?

You can not. GA has no idea about the size of files being d/l-ed.

    Yeah, that makes sense.
I guess I could set up Goals with the URLs of specific file locations if I want to track hits, but that probably won't work since there is no analytic code on the files.
