I've got a goal funnel set up but I really wanted to set it so that analytics would track actual costs per sale. I want it so that I can track actual costs per conversion from adwords. Obviously Worldpay pass payment amount details over to my website for invoicing purposes so does anyone know how to set analytics up for this?

Instead of using Goal Funnel. You should use "E-commerce tracking".

To setup, you will first need to enable "e-commerce tracking" under your website profile. Then, add the tracking code in your checkout/invoice page.
The advantage of e-commerce tracking is, you can track each specific order, products sold, and even taxes and shipping charges. Also, you can track which specific region generates most sales at which period of time etc.

Here are 2 links on how to setup e-commerce tracking
