I have taken on a new client that was using Urchin before the Google takeover. The have a login and password. I seem unable to activate the dormant account. The client doesn't want to go through the process of adding new Google analytics code to each of their pages. The automated answer from Google is worse than useless. Has anybody come across this problem before and found a solution?
