I use WorldPay to process credit card transactions for my ecommerce site. When a customer has completed their transaction, they are sent to my thank you page. However, although this thank you page is taken from my server, it is displayed by WorldPay's server under their https domain after the visitor has passed through other non-related WorldPay payment pages. Do I have to make any changes to the GA tracking code so that it will track this event? Since this is my conversion point, I really need to have it do this if I am going to use GA long term. Could someone advise?
Thanks, Rob! I guess I started getting confused when I read this: http://www.google.com/support/analytics/bin/answer.py?answer=26915&query=domain&topic=0&type=f But now you have cleared it up for me. Cheers!
If you have been using it without that for a while, that is enough for me. I am not super-techie, so I was hoping I would not have to do anything too complex. If it works for you, then it should be fine for me.
Guys, I have a blog post for you as to how will you integrate the worldpay ecommerce system and Google Analytics. You can check my blog URL. Please send me your questions and I will be happy to help ! Ravi
you should not have to changed the Google Analytics code you should put it's with every single page of your site.
