    Here's a concpiracy theroy.
When adding google analytics to your site, you actually expose your pages conversion to google. Will it affect our landing pages quality score for good or bad?

    What do you think?

...also when you add the conversion code

No, this do not makes sense for me.

I think that they probably use the data for some purpose, but not for setting your landing quality.

I don't think there is anything cunning in the code as it is needed to be able to track everything, my own concerns after having recently inserted the code into one of my sites is that my PPC Hits are lets say 100 and only 7 or 8 Hits appear in the Analytics Report so I really have no idea what is going on there! it is a great idea if it does show up what keywords sent people to say your sign up or enquiry form, we will see given time I suppose!

Google Analytics has no influence on the quality score of your landing page. None at all.

Doesn't impact anything. A "conversion" can be almost anything and is in no way shape or form a measurement that should be used to determine the "quality" of the user experience.

yeah, too many factors ride on quality. Are you also worried that Google may find out something "bad" about you? :) hehe

Could this just be that the data hasn't come in yet on the analytics side? There disclaimer says up to 24 hours (I find that hard to believe though)...

This is an old conspiracy when google first took over urchin. The general thought was if google knows conversion, analytics and profit margins they will make you pay accordingly.

However it is widely known these days that conversion makes no impact on QS or bid prices

If they're not using it now, that doesn't mean they won't use it in the future. They're using the data for something. There's no such thing as a free lunch.
