    Hi,

I'm trying to add some one as a user on one of my website profiles. I have added their googlemail login email address and it shows on my account that they have been added, but when they log in it is asking them to register with analytics and install the tracking code?

I've tried reading all googles help in analytics and cant make it work - any ideas?

    I have sorted this!

autosubmit - you have to add them to the relevant profile with a gmail address NOT googlemail!

So use instead of and it should work!

I also found out that if your analytics is linked to an adwords account I don't think it is possible to add a user in the same way as if the analytics account is independently set up...

You have to use a "clean" Gmail account -- meaning that you only use it for Analytics (not AdSense or AdWords).

It asks to add user. You can have primary or secondary user....
Also the user should have gmail id.

Be careful while doing new sign-up because it will ask for which user to be the primary one, and provide all permissions to that particular user.
