Hi, i used to use Google Analytics a lot a few years ago and then moved to another system, and now i find myself back using Google Analytics.

I have noticed that all of the old accounts are now showing under the one profile... while all the new websites that i have recently added are showing up as their own profile (see screenshots)

1 - what is the best way to have the accounts set up... surely each site should have it's own unique profile... and do i even have the option to make all the old ones into their seperate profiles without having to add them all over again... any advice on this would be greatly appreciated

2 - how up to date is the data... if someone visits my site right now, how long will it take to show in my analytics

I can't answer question one but I I know the data freshness on google analytics actually varies. On one of my sites the data seems to refresh at almost exactly 3 hours behind the activity (as seen by reddit tidal waves and time of the reddit posts gaining popularity) while another site I own refreshes 2 hours behind activity.

What's odd about that is that the first site actually sees more traffic overall, I would have thought they'd update more active sites more frequently. Either way 2-4 hours is a safe bet.
