    How can I setup a custom segment to know what keywords is actually leading to transaction in one single report or is there a way to trace each transaction backward how it happened?

    I'm not totally sure what you mean although If your question is basically, which keywords lead to sales....I think you can set up conversions, we have them although I didn't set them up myself so you'd have to google it. Obviously the bounce rate would be a good indication of which keywords are also working.
