Google analytic need help --

    I need to give access to user to view his google analytic reports, I add his email from User Manager , And gave the permission to view reports , His email already hosted with google , but error message comes and say "This user does not have a Google Account." , what should i do with this matter . Please help me :( :( :(

    I am very confused your questions, if you give the permission of access why Google is saying ""This user does not have a Google Account.". according to Google policy without Google account you can not create Google analytic and access to others.

    hosted min is it gmail account or xyz.com hosted in apps?
