Google Analytic Account Showing URLs in Default Keyword Dimension

    Hi Everyone,

    I am facing a strange issue in the Google Analytics account of my website. When we logged in the dashboard and move into organic traffic through channel, keyword is the default primary dimension which should show the list of keywords searched. Instead, it's showing URLs of the website that too with strange "NP-" prefix to them.

    I have attached a screenshot of the same. Please take a look and advice the possible solution.
