    Good thing you still don't have or not yet have that signature of SEO services...

    Google doesn't want people to talk and crack their algorithm, they already given those ranking guidlines..

    If you're new, you might want to know the general things about how google ranks sites which are:
    1. PageRank: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PageRank
    2. Amount of times a result is being clicked.
    3. Keyword density
    4. Original content
    And so on...
    But the actual algorithm is Google's top secret, and keeps changing/improving constantly.

    It's a complex formula. They consider a lot of factors and it is always changing. They must consider the dynamics of the internet. Google is aiming to make the web a nice place to do research and business.

    No one can tell you Google algorithm but Google search work on page rank, and it is given by

    PR(A) = (1-d) + d (PR(T1)/C(T1) + ... + PR(Tn)/C(Tn))

    where
    PR(A) is the PageRank of page A,
    PR(Ti) is the PageRank of pages Ti which link to page A,
    C(Ti) is the number of outbound links on page Ti and
    d is a damping factor which can be set between 0 and 1.

    The Google Algorithm is Google's system of website ranking in their index based on over 200 factors to determin where your website ranks in google for a given keyword phrase. There are many known ranking factors such as on site and off site factors that people already know but you have to search for these and learn how to SEO your webiste through reading and tutorials. Just search Google.
