I just read that google will use Alexa for traffic counting and google will use this info at search result listings.Is it true or not?

Also if it is true also i read that if you visit a site using Alexa toolbar your site gets 5 points instead of 1 points so it makes ur site rise faster at listing.is it true also?

I thought they are true and installed Alexa but my anti-spy program dont like it and alerting as Alexa is a spy.Is it really a spy?

Man, I think the only thing that's accurate in that post is that most spyware programs view the Alexa toolbar as spyware

I guess if you read it on the internet though it must be true

 

Yep, Alexa is BS and doesn't influence Google rankings at all.

 

But it does affect Google ranking Paranoia...

 

I am not seeing any relation between Alexa and Google.
