    Anyone getting tons more Google Alerts than normal?

    The last 5 days I have been getting about about 5 or 6 emails a day, when I just used to get the odd one here and there.


    Each email also has about 4 or 5 links

    yes they have increased.
    Why is this a problem keryo? You want alerts to notify you of new links to your site and such.

    umm... with this and the amount of indexed pages fluctuating in a crazy way, it must be Google trying to index lots more content that it used too?

    I did not getting this type of issue. Till now i am just getting only 1-2 mails a day with 1-2 links.
