Hi, I've got $50 for a google adwords account to use for my website, mail-maniac.com. Since your only allowed to have one subject and two 35char textfields for your advertisement, I'm really trying to put everything that's important in my adspace :) . I've come up with:

Do you have any suggestions for my ad? English is not my primary language and I definately don't want any errors in my $50 ad :D

If you're spending money to use adwords that logically tells me you have a product/service to sell. If I were you I'd put the price of the service/product you are offering in your ad. I wouldn't want people clicking on my ad costing me money thinking they were getting something for free.

If you have more than once price just put the lowest price available. Give the customer a good idea of what they will be paying ahead of time. I've found success using this method. The idea is, only serious people will click on your ad, which increases the chances of you getting a conversion.

we spent $30 a year back for our site and we received like 10-20 orders from it when i owned a hosting company so i think adwords are really significant if used properly.

Take good notice of campaign you are starting.

I placed it online yesterday but there's nothing happening. 24 hours have past and google says the ad will become visible immediately. Am I bidding too low?
I have put a max cap of 0.20 CPC. I offer a free service and I just want interested people to notice me. If I'd offer a service for money I would would CPC higher but not now.

I wouldn't pay more than that either. You should also check and double check your keywords. Don't pay for traffic that is not targeted to the service you're offering. Google might take 24 hours or sometimes more to show your ad. If it is not showing, maybe you're listed too low.
I'd also look for sites featuring webmaster stuff that don't offer the same service. They might be willing to link to you.
