I saw some add on google search engine and our company also run the campaign for hotel and targeting the index page like www.hotelajanta.com but when we click on any add on google it showing dynamic url like http://www.hotelajanta.com/?gclid=CMWjttiWu6ICFdJA6wodpnPC5Q How it is possible plz if anyone suggest me I thankful for them
