Google Adwords without a Cedit Card..

    I found a Great Keyword that has not been Targeted in My Country....But how do i open an Account without a Credit card..
    Please help
    I have a Paypal Account Verified...
    Also have a Balance on it.
    What should i Do??

    You can verify paypal with VCC instead of credit cards. And it's very cheap.
