Hi there I hope my title makes sense and that it speaks for the purpose of this thread . For Search rank, would my site be better off using SEO; backlinks, submit url to directories, etc or using Google adwords for the user to find my site? YES! I was definitely heading that way, couldn't agree more. I only asked because I saw this site with a 'Page PR' of 3, alexa rank of 2million, but with no compete.com uniques and been told they spend money on their advertising online, so I'm assuming they're using something like Google Adwords. Could they be using anything else to keep their site rank high, if they have the budget to spend? Come to think of it, how do I get my site ranked for 'Page PR' and 'Site PR'? I'm using SEOBook tool, and I have no 'Site PR' and no 'Page PR' and not sure why: http://www.dmaireroa.com
I dont think that adwords is useful anymore. I would prefer doing some seo work like article submission, a good article can pull a huge traffic
Hey! Come to think of it, when you submit article, do mean your article content e.g. about page, etc? How is it that google doesn't penalizes you? I mean how does it work?
The best thing to do is optimize every landing you make for SEO and continue to do PPC for it. You'll make money both ways long-term.
