Just register your site into Google adwords, and follow the instructions there, it's quite simple there.

Search for Google Adword in Google & follow all the instructions before sign up

 

hey dude are you doing adwords? is there any possibility to do it without having a credit card?

 

You can register for a google adwords account and log into your account. Then you can create your compaigns, add your ads and keywords, which need google's review. After that you can set your Billing preference--payment.

Actually, I am a beginner for google adwords, but I have found that it is really use to get started.

If you dont have credit cards, you may use "virtual credit card". Just do some search in Google.
