    Well first of all

I have no interest in a "lawyer" calling me and telling me you indeed contacted him. Instead of starting a useless thread, why not file the lawsuit already then post the details of it asking for support (or whatever it is you are after)

If people here had a dime for every person posting they were going to sue Google only to never hear from them again they wouldn't need AdWords to begin with as they would be rich.

Just file the stupid lawsuit already.

    Pete,

I use Statcounter to track both Adwords and Yahoo (Overture) activity. This gives me a trace on every click. Its particularly effective for tracking repeat clicks.

My God. This is the sanest, most relevent, absutely the most brilliant statement I have read on here all day.

    You. Are. The. Man.

(No, I'm not being sarcastic. Just tired of reading Google conspiracy theories and I'm a big fan of K.I.S.S.)

    Carpe Diem!

At the end of the day its the lawyers who won, they get 30 Million Cold hard cash, and us webmasters will get stuck with adwords coupons.

Good luck there are already alot of class action lawsuits in the works, your best bet would be to join ranks with the lawyers, because they will be the ones getting the cash.

Maybe he was referring to the spy cam he set up in the adwords centre?

I would trust google with the secrecy much as I trust P&G not to ever sell me stones inside a soap Packet. Why not learn to trust other people first and see if you indeed are bidding for keywords wisely?
