Google Adwords targetting same time in different time zones

    I want to target visitors from USA{whole country} from 2pm-6pm local time. But USA has not one timezone so what would be the best way to do this?
    Or only solution is to create campaigns for each time zone?

    yes you can just set a campaign to only run on those hours, just manually go through all the time zones
