    Hi,
If you planning to target Google display networks ( sites using google ads) for maximum exposure then I will suggest you to use all the size of banner ads + Text ads + Videos ads.

The reason for using different type & size of ads is because different site use different type of adss ( size & type) like some site show only text ads, so you may miss it if you have only banner ads.

Every ads will be costly and since you are not sure which one will give you leads, so use all type. To control cost, there are many option to fine tune your audience like interest, topic, gender, age group etc

I agree with everything Animesh said. I would also suggest creating and linking a Google Analytics account to your AdWords and tracking the Activity of visitors to your site. The ad planner profiles can also be useful to determine what other sites that visitors from sites in the display network visit.

Google Analytics is free tracking software. When linked to your AdWords it can provide valuable data. I would go to Youtube and search for "Google Analytics tutorial" That would give you the basics.
