I want to use Google Adwords program for advertising my blog. Main income source of my website is Google Adsense Program. I invest money for Google Adwords. Can I get good return from Google Adsense program?
People ask about this occasionally and the general consesus seems to be that you should not use adwords to advertise a page which uses adsense as it's primary source of income. If your websites provides very little value to visitors and is simply there to make a quick buck through adsense, you're not likely to get very far with it. Google will recognise that the blog provides little or no value and will hike up your minimum bid price, making it very expensive for you to advertise. On the other hand, if you run a really cool blog that makes people go "hey, thats really useful, I HAVEN'T READ THAT KIND OF STUFF BEFORE" - then you will be less likely to get google slapped... however, adwords is seldom used to promote information sites and more used for advertising ecommerce sites.
Adsense shouldn't be the primary source of income on your blog if you're promoting it through adwords. It should be one of many streams of income that you have on your blog but your main income source should be whatever your blog posts are about. Join some free money making programs and then write some content rich blog posts about them. Learn all you can about SEO so you're not only promoting through adwords but you get some search engine visitors too. Find some free blog submissions sites that allow you to submit blogs that are promoting money making programs(a lot of blog submission sites won't accept those types of blogs as they view them as SPAM). And of course promote your blog in your sig on as many forums as you can. All of that should help increase traffic to your blog. There's nothing wrong with adsense but it should never be your main source of income.
Don't adverstise it with AdWords! Go with GoClick.com, Miva.Com, Yahoo.com, MSN.com or any other... OR get a squeeze page and collect leads, sell an affiliate product and then make sure you mention your blog as a resource.. SO instead of sending to blog, collect lead, softsell product and redirect them to blog, that way you have the ability to make money from the Affiliate sales and the adsense, but they come at different times... Plus, you get to build a list of love with your people who you can advertise fun stuff to and make them pay money =) Understand? - Chris
I'd buy a few Adwords coupons that way you can use Adwords but not have to pay ridiculous prices for it.
Get a few adwords coupons and try it out, or else i recommend 7search or any of the other cheaper ppc programs
